No. The $400 Marketing Pro plan is designed for businesses that want access to the platform and prefer to create their own content. You decide what you want to say, build the email and control what gets sent.
What is included with Marketing Pro + Creative?
Marketing Pro + Creative includes everything in Marketing Pro plus 12 custom emails during your first year. You provide the information, ideas or content and we turn it into professionally designed emails that match your business and brand.
What happens to the 12-email allowance when I renew?
Each annual renewal of Marketing Pro + Creative includes 12 new custom emails. The allowance refreshes each year rather than carrying forward indefinitely.
What if I need more than 12 custom emails?
Additional custom emails are available for $75 per email.
Can I use Marketing Pro for more than newsletters?
Absolutely. Businesses can use email marketing for newsletters, client communications, lead follow-up, event announcements, promotions, educational content and other ongoing communications.
Can I import my existing contact list?
Yes, existing contact lists can generally be added to the platform, provided the contacts were collected appropriately and can legally receive marketing email from your business.
Are the plans monthly or annual?
Both plans are billed annually. The monthly figures shown on this page are simply the equivalent monthly cost to make the pricing easier to compare.
Will I still have control over what gets sent?
